It is possible to fund the entire investment without parting with any of your own money, whilst still receiving a
positive annual yield and profit, in addition to the capital
growth.
The developers guarantee to provide 70% interest only Mortgages for up
to 25 years. The developer will also cover the interest payments on your
30% deposit until completion, preventing any increase in your outgoings
if you paid the deposit from borrowed funds, or any loss of interest
if you paid from money on deposit.
The Mortgage (Subject to status)
A
guaranteed mortgage is available subject to status, and the developer
will cover the cost of interest on the 30% deposit. This means that your
bank or mortgage provider, friend or family member could
fund the deposit until completion, with the interest covered by the developer
thereby avoiding any increase in monthly interest costs or capital outlay.
Upon completion of the resort, a mortgage to 70% of the valuation at
completion, not the price paid by the investor will be made
available by the developer.
The
discounted price of buying off plan allows for growth upon completion
to achieve 70%, which comfortably facilitates a mortgage in excess of
requirements, allowing investors to pay off the 30% deposit loan and
interest, and have immediate equity on their investment.
All you need
is £1,000 to reserve a property, and the ability to raise the deposit
on an interest only basis. Property values have never fallen in these
locations and as demand increases values rise, especially where there
is such limited land available.
Improving Capital Growth,
Purchasing off-plan means
you pay a lower price for your property than it will be valued at completion.There
will be several price rises during the build period which means you will
see the value of your property increase prior to completion in addition
to general price property price growth.
